A PATIENT recently took to social media to share her unpleasant experience at a clinic in Kuantan.
She said she had gone to the clinic to do a swab test after she got a fever and had no complaints about the service.
"Everything was fine until the doctor decided to turn my patient info to send me messages," she said.

At first the messages seemed like a normal follow-up where a doctor from the clinic asked her about her symptoms.
The doctor who was not the one who treated her during her visit, then proceeded to ask her if she had a boyfriend and other unrelated questions.
However, the messages stopped when the patient asked him how he got her personal information.
The post has since gained attention with netizens questioning how her information was so easily leaked out.
Others expressed concern that the person messaging her may not even be a doctor from the said clinic. - October 10, 2025
