KUALA LUMPUR – Mohd Harun Mohamad Khairi, the father of Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Rina Harun, died early today.

The 71-year-old died at 3.40am at Sg Buloh Hospital.

The ministry’s press secretary, Eikmar Rizal Mohd Ripin, confirmed the death to Bernama.

“The funeral prayers will be held after Zohor prayers at Kg Salak Tinggi Mosque.

“Harun will be laid to rest at the Kg Salak Tinggi Muslim cemetery.” – Bernama, April 6, 2021
