JOHOR BARU – In yet another flare up between both parties during election campaigning, PKR Youth chief Akmal Nasir has asked Muda to remove flags tied to those put up by PKR.
In a tweet today, Akmal shared a photo showing Muda flags tied to PKR flags, with the former appearing to be in a higher position.
According to Akmal, this had happened in Larkin, where both the federal opposition parties are competing against each other for the state constituency.
He also advised Muda to campaign in a healthy manner, assuring he was not against the newly registered party.

“I’m not attacking, but don’t ride on the hard work of our grassroots.
“You know where this is: #DUNLarkin.
“I’m asking nicely to remove them and put up your own flags,” Akmal tweeted.
Larkin is a must watch constituency in the upcoming Johor polls on March 12, after negotiations for seats between Muda and PKR failed to reach a consensus.
Muda announced that its candidate Rashid Abu Bakar will contest in Larkin against PKR’s Dr Zamil Najwah Arbain.
Larkin was formerly won by Bersatu under the Pakatan Harapan ticket in 2018 by candidate Mohammad Izhar Ahmad, who garnered nearly 60% of the votes. – The Vibes, March 1, 2022
