KUALA LUMPUR – The Malaysia Airlines Travel Fair (MATF) is set to take place online from March 25 to April 4 as the nation draws closer to the reopening of its borders.

Offering immediate travel up to November 30, the online travel fair will not only see savings on airfares to all domestic and selected international destinations, but also bargain holiday packages and services, the airlines announced in a statement today.

As a member of the Travel Safe Alliance, the national airline reiterated that it is committed to providing a safe and secure end-to-end travel experience for passengers to fly confidently.

It added that aircraft operations are handled by fully vaccinated pilots and cabin crews that are required to wear face masks.

“Frequent aircraft disinfection procedures are in line with guidelines prescribed by the Health Ministry and World Health Organisation,” it said, adding that its usage of aircraft HEPA filters has been proven to filter out 99.97% of viruses on board.
