KANGAR – Perlis Perikatan Nasional (PN) today announced two more candidates contesting state assembly seats in the 15th general election, to fill up candidacy for all state seats after revealing the names of 13 candidates last night.

Perlis PN chairman Mohd Shukri Ramli said the two candidates are Perlis PN Wanita committee member Datin Marzita Mansor from Bersatu for Sena and Perlis PAS Youth chief Asrul Aimran Abd Jalil for Kayang.

He hoped that speculation over the names of the two candidates who were not announced last night would stop.

“Hopefully we can continue to move to ensure that PN captures Perlis in GE15,” he told reporters here.

Last night, Shukri announced the list of 13 PN candidates for the Perlis state assembly, with eight to be contested by PAS candidates and five from Bersatu.
