KUALA LUMPUR – Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) will be collaborating to form the state administration in Perak.

A high-level source in the PH coalition told The Vibes and Getaran that the two coalitions are no longer at each other’s throats and are looking to work together for the sake of the people.

“Yes, it’s true. I can confirm it,” said the source from DAP who did not wish to be named.

Earlier, it was reported that BN’s Kota Tampan assemblyman Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad will be having an audience with Perak ruler Sultan Nazrin Shah at Istana Kinta at noon today to seek consent in forming a BN-led administration.

In the recently concluded election, PH had won 24 seats while BN took home only nine seats and Perikatan Nasional had taken 26 seats.

The source added that once Sultan Nazrin is convinced, the swearing-in ceremony is expected to take place today at Istana Iskandariah at 5pm. – The Vibes, November 21, 2022
