ALOR STAR – Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub has successfully undergone a four-hour surgery for a brain haemorrhage in Alor Star today.

The Amanah deputy president had earlier suffered a brain haemorrhage.

Kedah Pakatan Harapan chief and Amanah vice-president, Datuk Mahfuz Omar, said Salahuddin underwent a four-hour surgery today.

Specialists at Sultanah Baniyah Hospital here had recommended emergency surgery to treat the haemorrhage.

“It was a success. He is now stable and resting. We are hoping for the best,” Mahfuz said. – The Vibes, July 22, 2023
