I WOULD like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the management of Putra Heights Mosque and Sri Maha Kaliamman Temple for their concern in offering assistance to the victims affected by the gas pipeline fire incident in Putra Heights.

This effort reflects the spirit of unity, togetherness, and humanitarian values that form the foundation of a harmonious Malaysian society.

This event reminds us that unity is not just a slogan, but must be translated into actions that demonstrate a sense of responsibility and concern for one another.

The evidence is that places of worship are not only for worship but also community centres that can play an important role in helping society, especially during difficult times.

The actions taken by the mosque and temple are proof that religious diversity is not an obstacle to unity, but rather a strength that unites us.

In facing any challenges, we as Malaysians need to always practice mutual love and support, regardless of religious and ethnic backgrounds.

Efforts like this should be made an example and inspiration for all parties to play a role in building a united and harmonious nation.

This is the real Malaysia!
