KUALA LUMPUR – The Terengganu beach soccer team is representing Malaysia at the AFF Beach Soccer Festival 2021 in Chonburi, Thailand.
According to a statement by Harimau Malaya on Facebook, the team will be departing today.
The other three teams in the tournament are Thailand A, Thailand B, and All Star Inter, which are the best players from the Thai Beach Soccer League.

The championship was supposed to take place last month but had to be postponed due to Covid-19.
Indonesia and Timor Leste were initially scheduled to participate, however, the pandemic forced them to withdraw.
Sponsored by NR Team Kemaman and Markless Soccer Team, Malaysia will start the first match tomorrow facing All Star Inter, followed by Thailand A on November 9, and Thailand B on November 11.
