We are always trying to be our very best at everything we do no matter what state of mind we are in. Always striving to push. That's human nature. With the current pandemic, staying sane in an insane world can be hard.
Last week, we took things slow and melted our tightness together. This week, let's get moving again. Let's sweat it out. Let's strive and do good for our body. Let the rest wait. Remember that song? Keep on Movin’? Each time it starts, my whole body will start to groove along.
What does MOVING mean? It is when you are strengthening the muscles, which improves stances, balance, and body coordination. Also, stretching keeps the muscles healthy too. What does it do to our BONES? Active movement helps build stronger and healthier bones.
If you stay still (I am so guilty of this, watching so much Netflix it's not funny anymore) you will decrease your endurance (think of how hard it is to go on your first yoga class after a long break— omg (OMG) I can almost hear the creaks).
Muscles and bones will lose strength, your heart rate will shoot up, and blood volume will go down. It is our responsibility to move our own body so we can express our wants, needs, emotions, thoughts, and ideas.
Lastly, how we move determines how well we engage with our every being and live better lives. I always believe that if we move well, we also think, feel, and live well. So......Before later becomes never, let's move!
This week, we will be going into a fast-paced flow called Vinyasa. It is a style of yoga that connects postures together so that you flow from one to another, connecting the mind with the body, using breath.
Sometimes it is also called “flow” yoga, it gets the heart pumping and u will also get some sweat in. Keep on movin' and keep on vibin’! helps (Helps) build stronger and healthier bones.
