Christmas is my favourite time of year: it’s filled with reunions, hearty indulgences, home decorations and gift exchanges.

Although this year’s celebrations may differ for many of us, let’s not give up hope. 2020 may have been a challenging year, but we’re still here and that’s definitely worth celebrating.

So amid last-minute year-end preparations, online shopping and a few final zoom meetings, I hope you’re still able to squeeze in some quality time for yourself and your movement goals.

As an early kickstart to Christmas, I’ve put together a few Pilates-inspired moves and renamed them in true yuletide spirit.

Grab an exercise mat and enjoy this short movement break as you roll like a bauble, climb the Christmas tree and get the table ready for your holiday feast.

Happy moving!
