THE Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has reaffirmed the accuracy of its financial performance for the year ending December 31, 2023, stating that all investment decisions are made with due diligence and in line with its mandate to preserve long-term value.

In response to recent concerns about its 2023 results and investment in Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB), EPF clarified that its gross investment income for the year totalled RM66.99 billion, with a net income of RM63.48 billion.

The fund also reported a dividend payout of 5.50% for Simpanan Konvensional and 5.40% for Simpanan Shariah, reflecting solid returns and a commitment to transparency. - February 23, 2025
