HAVING last toured through the region in 2017 for their ‘Not in This Lifetime… Tour’, legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses have announced earlier today their return to nearby shores with a concert in Singapore this November.
They are currently scheduled to perform for one night only at the Singapore National Stadium on Saturday, November 12.
Tickets will go on sale on 10am, July 28 (Thursday) on Ticketek, Sports Hub and GHY Culture and Media. Prices range from S$128 (RM410) to S$288 (RM730).
It doesn’t look like they are planning on doing shows in Malaysia or elsewhere in the region as of right now, only confirming performances in Australia and New Zealand following Singapore.
Guns N’ Roses joins a number of prominent acts passing through Southeast Asia, such as Justin Bieber and Billie Eilish, among others.
Formed in 1985, the American hard rock band is one of the most successful bands of all time, with hits such as Paradise City, Sweet Child o’ Mine, November Rain, among many, many others. They are led by frontman Axl Rose, bassist Duff McKagan and guitar virtuoso Slash.
The ‘Not in This Lifetime... Tour’, from 2016 to 2019 became the third-highest-grossing concert tour on record, grossing over US$584 million. – The Vibes, July 20, 2022
