PETALING JAYA – The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2023 examination will be held from December 5 to March 7, next year.

The Education Ministry, in a statement on Facebook, said the examination will begin with science practical tests (December 5 to 7), followed by the Bahasa Melayu oral tests from January 8 to 11.

The English Language oral test will be from January 17 to 23, while the Bahasa Melayu and English listening tests will be on January 29.

Written tests will begin on January 30 and end on March 7 next year.

SPM 2022 was conducted from January 30 to March 15 this year.

The ministry said it had taken into account the number of school days and public holidays into consideration before drawing up the SPM 2023 timetable.
