AN EXPRESS bus driver recently reprimanded a passenger for smoking during a journey, drawing strong reactions from social media users.

A video of the incident was uploaded and since gone viral on TikTok.

Apart from smoking, the passenger had also washed his hands using some mineral water, wetting the flood in the bus.

"No smoking in the bus, there are CCTVs and now the whole bus smells of smoke. And you blatantly wash your hands and wet the floor," the driver is heard telling the passenger.

The passenger is seen admitting his mistake and remained quiet while being reprimanded.

Netizens applauded the driver for his actions and were surprised that the passenger was oblivious to the no smoking rule.
