Authorities are investigating the cause of it, no one was injured.

A TYRE from a KL Monorail train caught fire before it fell onto the road near the Jalan Tun Razak station in Kuala Lumpur today. 

A spokesman from the Titiwangsa Fire and Rescue Services Department said they received a distress call at 12.57pm and sent five men to the scene. 

Upon arrival, they noticed a burnt tyre, believed to be from the monorail, on the road. 

The firemen quickly extinguished the fire. 

No one was injured in the incident and the cause of it is being investigated. – The Vibes, December 19, 2023.
