Backbenchers are expected to raise issues about worsening road congestion and mega infrastructure projects planned for the state.
The Air Itam-Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu elevated bypass is under scrutiny owing to complaints from residents over the construction work and the project's failure to comply with guidelines.
