KAMALUDDIN Abdullah has denied allegations that he intended to use his father's position to amass wealth.
The son of former prime minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said he had never made such a statement or done anything as alleged.
"As a response to the recent statement by Tun Mahathir (Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad) about me... I firmly deny it."
“Tun Mahathir is very disappointed and angry with many things and individuals.

“The best we can do is pray for his well-being and hope that in his twilight years, he finds peace with himself,” he said in an Instagram post last night.
It was earlier reported that Dr Mahathir claimed he was surprised to learn from his son about an alleged conversation with Kamaluddin.
Mahathir had alleged that Kamaluddin told his son that power should be used to enrich oneself and that he regretted resigning in 2003. - January 12, 2025
