IRB e-Ansuran now accessible at MyTax portal
Any cancellation of e-Ansuran applications must be conducted at the IRB office - March 18, 2025

THE online installment application service for settling tax balances or arrears through e-Ansuran has been available on the MyTax Portal since March 5.

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) announced today that this initiative aims to simplify the process for taxpayers wishing to pay their tax balances or arrears in installments, providing automatic approval without the necessity for supporting documentation.

As per the IRB, taxpayers who wish to apply must meet specific criteria: the total amount requested must be RM 300 or more, and the installment plan can consist of two to six payments.

It is important to note that this application pertains solely to income tax installments and does not cover existing installment arrangements.

Taxpayers can utilise the e-Ansuran service by logging into the MyTax portal at https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and selecting the appropriate role (Individual / Director / Representative Director).

However, any cancellation of e-Ansuran applications must be conducted at the IRB office. - March 18, 2025
