A PENANGITE recently took to social media to vent his frustration after he was blocked in by a double-parker for more than an hour.

What is more frustrating, said Andrew Liew is that the driver did not even bother to say sorry and simply got into his car and drove off.

Liew said the driver of the black Jaecoo had not left any contact number either.

"He was absolutely rude. He just walked up to his car, got in and drove off without saying a word," he said.

His post drew the attention of netizens who urged Liew to report the incident to the council.

"I did call the council hotline and reported the matter.

"But what use is it if the person drives off before the authorities arrive?" he asked.

Liew said he had even walked along the shops in the area looking for the driver.

"Some of the shopkeepers told me to simply call the police," he added. - April 23, 2025
