King, Queen celebrate 43rd wedding anniversary

Sultan Ibrahim expressed gratitude for the journey he and Raja Zarith Sofiah shared together over the past four decades and prayed that Allah continue blessing their marriage.

King, Queen celebrate 43rd wedding anniversary — They were married on Sept 22, 1982. - September 22, 2025

HIS Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, and Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary today.

In a statement on Facebook, Sultan Ibrahim expressed gratitude for the journey he and Raja Zarith Sofiah shared together over the past four decades and prayed that Allah continue blessing their marriage.

They were married on Sept 22, 1982.

"Alhamdulillah, throughout these 43 years we have gone through various joys and trials together.

"May Allah continue to bestow His grace and blessings upon our marriage and grant us everlasting happiness," His Majesty said. – September 22, 2025
