THE KLIA Aerotrain reportedly broke down again early this morning - forcing passengers to carry their luggage and walk in the dark on the platform.

Reports in China Press said a reader called to complain about the breakdown which occurred when the aerotrain was ferrying passengers.

"Some even walked along the platform next to the tracks with their luggage and children," read the report.

The aerotrain has experienced several breakdowns since resuming service in July 2025, most recently a power trip on October 15.
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Hasbi Habibollah told the Dewan Rakyat earlier this month that a total of 19 incidents were recorded between July 2 and Sept 30. - October 28, 202
