THREE men have been remanded until December 15 in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting on Jalan Rasah-Mambau near the Port Dickson toll plaza, police confirmed.

The incident, which occurred during the morning rush hour, left one man dead and another injured.

Negri Sembilan Police Chief Datuk Alzafny Ahmad said the suspects, aged between 30 and 40, were arrested separately in Nilai, Seremban and Port Dickson earlier today.

“Following their arrest, police seized a pistol, believed to have been used in the shooting,” he added.

The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder and Section 3 of the Firearms (Increased Penalties) Act 1971.
