A DEAF Grab driver has won praises after he returned a handphone a passenger had accidentally left in his car.

The woman passenger took to Threads to express her appreciation to Yoo, who is classified as less-abled (OKU) in the Grab booking application.

"Thank you to this Grab driver Mr Yoo. My father's cell phone was left in his car. He had already driven a distance when he noticed the phone and he sent it back home to us. Thank you to this kind person.

"Please repost this as a token of gratitude to this honest driver," she wrote.

Her post quickly went viral with many netizens praising the driver for his honesty and kindness.
