DAP is fielding Malay candidate Nor Zulaila Abd Ghani, 38, for the Ulu Tiram State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seat in the Johor State Election (PRN).

The announcement of the candidate, affectionately known as Lily, was made by DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke at a ceremony in Plentong on Saturday.

Nor Zulaila has been a Kajang Municipal Councillor since 2018 and has more than 12 years of experience in public service, community development and government administration.

The native of Lenga, Muar has also served as a Special Officer to the Bangi Member of Parliament, the Semenyih DUN Coordinating Manager and the Assistant to the Serdang Member of Parliament.

She currently serves as the Private Secretary to the Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry and Deputy Minister of Finance. – June 20, 2025
