KUALA TERENGGANU – Terengganu Umno liaison committee chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Said was discharged from Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital (HSNZ) yesterday afternoon after making a fully recovery from Covid-19.
His wife, Puan Seri Norliza Mahmud, was also discharged at 6.30pm.
The former menteri besar, speaking to Bernama, expressed his relief and gratitude for his good health.
“I would like to thank all the health staff at HSNZ who gave the best treatment to me and my family. Likewise, to all those who prayed for my family’s health, thank you very much.”
Ahmad, who is also Kijal assemblyman, was confirmed positive for the disease on January 19. – Bernama, January 31, 2021
