KUANTAN – All counter-related transactions at the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) offices in Pahang will be suspended from today until Feb 14.

IRB, in a statement today, said customers are encouraged to fully utilise its online services during the period.

“The move is in line with the state Disaster Management Committee’s announcement that all counter-related transactions will be suspended for 13 days starting today,” it said.

Those who want to make any enquiries can contact the IRB through the Hasil Care Line at 03-8911-1000 / +603-8911-1100 (overseas), HASiL Live Chat and IRB’s official portal here.

Yesterday, the committee decided that all counter-related transactions involving the public at state and federal offices will be suspended in an effort to curb the spread of Covid-19, following the increase in positive cases including in workplace-related clusters in Pahang. – Bernama, February 2, 2021
