Let would-be jab recipients know what they’re signing
GEORGE TOWN – The Penang Bar and Consumers’ Association of Penang (CAP) said vaccination clauses should be made available ahead of people’s appointments, so that they are aware of what they will sign at PPVs.
CAP vice-president Fathima Idris told The Vibes that the form given to would-be recipients is not an indemnity, but rather, a consent form, to protect the government from liability.
“They should be given a sample of the form. I think it is quite a reasonable request.” – The Vibes, July 12, 2021
