KUALA LUMPUR – Selangor residents can go to the nearest Covid-19 Assessment Centre (CAC) instead of just the Malawati Stadium CAC, said Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

Dr Noor Hisham said in a tweet today that people should avoid crowding the Malawati Stadium CAC to avoid the kind of congestion seen there yesterday.

In the tweet, he also included a list of other CACs in Selangor.

Yesterday, more than 4,000 people filled the assessment centre, which is only supposed to cater to a maximum of 1,500 people a day.

Selangor recorded 4,308 cases yesterday, bringing the cumulative number to 290,660 – the highest tally of all the states. – The Vibes, July 13, 2021
