KUALA LUMPUR – Datuk Razarudin Husain@Abd Rasid will be deputy inspector-general of police effective December 26, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.
The minister was in a ceremony today handing over Razarudin’s appointment letter.
He also handed over some flood aid on behalf of the ministry.
Razarudin was appointed Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department director effective September 21.
He was also among the four senior officers who were transferred then.
Prior to his Bukit Aman appointment, he was Perak police chief before replacing Datuk Ramli Din as narcotics CID director. – The Vibes, December 22, 2021
