Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said 108 people were hauled up for not wearing masks, while another 59 cases involved activities that made physical distancing difficult.

Another 51 cases were recorded for failure to provide registration of patrons, and 38 people traveled interstate without police clearance.

Another 33 cases, he said, were for other offences.

On Ops Benteng, the minister said authorities had detained 35 illegal immigrants and a smuggler yesterday.
