This marks the 5th time Matrix Concepts has been recognised at the prestigious PropertyGuru Asia Awards, further solidifying its standing in the property development industry.

The accolades include the People’s Choice Award; Best Community Developer; Best Lifestyle Landed Development; and Best High-End Landed Development (Central).
