KUALA LUMPUR – Axiata Group Bhd has announced the appointment of Datuk Mohd Izzaddin Idris as its managing director/president and group chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2021.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the multinational telecommunications conglomerate said Mohd Izzaddin would be taking over from Tan Sri Jamaludin Ibrahim who retired today after helming Axiata since its inception in 2008.
