THIS flood season has not only tested the resilience of the people but has also opened up their creativity - with many sharing pictures generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

Several eye-catching pictures and videos of the flood produced with the help of AI have gone viral on social media since yesterday, generally receiving positive reactions from netizens, who have continued to remain positive in facing this disaster.

Among the pictures shared by netizens are the visual of a 'crocodile' appearing behind a journalist who was reporting on the development of the flood at the location, pictures of sharks or whales 'lost' in the floods, as well as several dolphins swimming and 'jumping' on flooded roads.

A picture of a submarine parked in a resident's yard also stole the attention of netizens.

The pictures were all produced through AI shows that in any situation, including disasters, Malaysians remain creative, positive and entertain each other. - November 25, 2025
