MATRIX Concepts Holdings Berhad (Matrix Concepts) was recently acknowledged at the Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) 2025, a prestigious industry recognition jointly organised by FIABCI-Malaysia and Star Media Group.
Kelvin Lee, Group Executive Director of Matrix Concepts said the honour reflects the Group’s consistent performance, forward-looking strategies, and steadfast commitment to delivering excellence and sustainable value for its stakeholders.
Matrix Concepts was named among the Top 10 developers in the Top-of-The-Chart (Market Capitalisation RM1 billion and above) category, a distinction that reflects the Group’s strong track record in financial performance, innovation, and community-focused developments.
"We are delighted to be recognised among Malaysia’s top developers at the Malaysia Developer Awards 2025. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our people, partners, and communities who have been instrumental in our journey.
"As we grow, Matrix remains committed to shaping sustainable, inclusive, and thriving ecosystems that extend beyond property development’’ said Lee.
The Malaysia Developer Awards is an annual recognition platform that celebrates Malaysia’s leading property developers for their excellence, innovation, and contributions to the nation’s real estate sector.
The Top-of-The-Chart category, in particular, highlights companies with significant market capitalisation that have consistently demonstrated strong performance and leadership within the industry.
This accolade reinforces Matrix Concepts’ standing as a trusted and respected developer. With its flagship townships like Bandar Sri Sendayan, Bandar Seri Impian, MVV City and key projects in Klang Valley, the Group continues to shape integrated developments that enrich lives and foster sustainable progress. - October 17, 2025
