Vogue Singapore marks five years with grand ‘Next in Vogue’ celebration at Sentosa

VOGUE Singapore celebrated its fifth anniversary with a dazzling three-day fashion and culture extravaganza at Resorts World Sentosa, marking its biggest event to date.

The twin celebration — the Next in Vogue 2025 conference and the Vogue Singapore Fifth Anniversary Gala — drew more than 2,000 guests, including designers, celebrities, investors, and leading voices from across Asia’s creative industries.

Held from 16 to 18 October at the newly opened WEAVE Event Hall, Next in Vogue 2025 explored the theme “Year of the Reset,” spotlighting how Asia is reshaping fashion’s global direction.

The event featured 16 panel discussions and 41 speakers, including acclaimed designers Prabal Gurung, Robert Wun, and Sabyasachi Mukherjee, alongside representatives from Kering, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, VEJA, and Vogue India.

Club Vogue members were treated to exclusive sessions, including private meet-and-greets, extended networking hours, and a special book signing by Prabal Gurung, who gifted signed copies of his memoir Walk Like a Girl to young creatives. The moment, presented by CHARLES & KEITH, highlighted the publication’s ongoing support for the next generation of fashion talent.

Among the key highlights was The Vogue Closet, an exhibition titled Asia Reimagined, featuring 15 couture looks from designers such as Toton (Indonesia), Behati (Malaysia), Kavitha Thulasidas, Lai Chan, and Rizman Ruzaini.

The showcase also included signature pieces by Robert Wun and Prabal Gurung, some of which were worn by international stars Alia Bhatt and Gemma Chan at the Met Gala.

Beyond the runway, the Vogue Glam Room hosted a series of masterclasses with Dyson, Givenchy, and Yann Beyrie, covering topics from seasonal make-up trends to professional hairstyling techniques.

Innovation also took centre stage at the Vogue Innovation Showcase, where companies like BioFluff unveiled a 100% plant-based fur alternative, while Arxy Future Lab, in collaboration with Meta Quest, debuted a virtual reality showroom that reimagines how consumers might experience fashion in the digital age.

Fringe events included luxury styling sessions by Zalora Luxury and cocktail networking hours featuring crafted drinks by Don Julio, Zacapa, and Johnnie Walker.

The festivities culminated in Vogue Singapore’s Fifth Anniversary Gala Dinner, themed “Rituals and Radiance: Heritage Reborn, Couture Disrupted.”

The glamorous evening gathered 320 VIP guests, including fashion personalities, entrepreneurs, and regional celebrities. Standout red carpet looks came from Willabelle Ong in Ester Couture, Aimee Cheng-Bradshaw in Brian Khoo, Camira Asrori in Toko Aljunied and Mond Gutierrez in Rajo Laurel.

The gala also doubled as a fundraiser for the Vogue Singapore Foundation, which has supported over 200 Southeast Asian creatives through funding, mentorship, and international exposure.

Entertainment highlights included a performance by Tabitha Nauser, who debuted her upcoming single Her Eyes, followed by a high-energy set from Yung Raja with percussion group Kerala Beatz.

A couture runway capped off the evening, spotlighting Southeast Asia’s next wave of talent — Putri Adif (Singapore), Dikson Mah (Malaysia), Le Thanh Hoa (Vietnam), and Toton (Indonesia) — underscoring Vogue’s commitment to nurturing regional designers.

The event was presented by the Singapore Tourism Board and Resorts World Sentosa, with partners including Burberry, Mikimoto, Givenchy, Dyson, Zalora Luxury, BMW Group Asia, and others.

Announcements for Next in Vogue 2026 are expected in March 2026.
