IN order to stay positive, we first have to become aware of our thoughts because whatever you focus on gets amplified.

Everything is a choice, so choose to spend your time and precious energy on thoughts or activities that will charge you with positive energy and vibrations that can uplift you rather than drain you.

Here are 3 Things You Can Do to Increase Happiness

- Focus on Gratitude

- Go to Your ‘Happy Space’

- Power of Affirmations

Spending time on people or doing things that will bring you down will leave you feeling tired, negative and unhappy. The more positive and loving your choices are, the more positive and joyful you become in every way. Surround yourself with positive people, positive thoughts and engage in positive activities.

Jojo guides us through a visualisation to focus on gratitude and to access a ‘happy space’ within which is somewhere real or imagined that you can always escape to if you’re feeling a bit down and need to uplift your spirits. She closes this short and sweet, yet impactful session with the power of positive affirmations.

The happier we are, the more motivated we become to do more of the things in our lives that bring us joy. – The Vibes, February 20, 2021
