DREAMING big means having the mental freedom to think about what you really want out of life and forget about all the reasons why you can't make it a reality. ...Someone could use 'dreaming big' to motivate themselves to see the bigger picture of what they really want in life.

Dream big about what you want to achieve. Dream big about the life you want to lead and the difference you want to make. Dream big about the person you want to be. Dream big because you might surprise yourself. Dream big because until you do, you’ll have no idea what you’re capable of.

Here's how to start dreaming big:

1 - Set goals that make you feel alive
2 - Be consistent and don't give up
3 - Apply self discipline
4 - Become accountable and celebrate the small wins
5 - Be willing to get out of your comfort zone

In this exercise, Jojo guides us through a visualisation to access that 'bigness' that we all want for ourselves, so we can overcome our own limited thinking.

It is already a great step in the right direction to dream big but it’s just as important to set smaller micro goals that can completely change your life, especially if they are something you can perform daily, so it becomes a habit. Whatever it is, we need to be willing to put in the ‘work’. – The Vibes, April 24, 2021
