THE daughters of country music singer Naomi Judd were left out of her will, according to the document.

Ashley and Wynonna were not named – it was Judd's husband, Larry Strickland who is the executor of her estate, reported NBC News.

Judd died by suicide on April 30 due to mental health issues.

The network has a copy of the will, which stated that Strickland has "full authority and discretion" to do as he wishes with the properties in the estate. He can sell or lease them without any court's permission or the "joinder of any beneficiary".

The will also note that Strickland is allowed "reasonable compensation" for any expenses. This includes attorney and accountant's fees.

It is not known if Wynonna or Ashley Judd are named elsewhere as beneficiaries of any of Judd's assets.

Judd's will was prepared on November 20, 2017. Witnesses who signed the document testified that she was "of sound mind, memory and understanding and not under any restraint or in any respect incompetent to make a Last Will and Testament."

Judd appointed her brother-in-law Reginald Strickland and Daniel Kris Wiatr as alternate co-executors, if her husband could not serve in the case of death and other reasons.

Wiatr is president of Wiatr & Associates, a business management and accounting firm.
