THE quality of sleep hinges upon the littlest things that we do before bedtime, for the words that we utter and activities that we engage in just before bedtime can affect whether we sleep soundly or otherwise.

If we get the night right, that can influence the way we wake up in the morning. It's so important that we pay attention to the regime at bedtime. Relaxing not just our bodies but our minds as well, so that we're able to mentally disconnect.

Simple commitments before bed for good quality sleep:

  • Not checking your phone by a certain time before bed
  • Not consuming any form of caffeine in the evening
  • Setting up your sleep environment
  • A 5-minute guided meditation
  • Not doing work on the bed

In this video, Jojo talks to us about the importance of getting the mind ready for bed and guides us on a yawn-inducing exercise.
