A WOMAN and a young girl sustained minor injuries after a Smart Selangor bus overturned near Bukit Sentosa, Hulu Selangor, earlier this afternoon.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) Assistant Director of Operations, Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar, said the department received an emergency call from the public at approximately 11.16am.

A team from the Bukit Sentosa Fire and Rescue Station was swiftly dispatched to the scene, where they found several individuals inside the overturned vehicle.

“There was a 57-year-old male bus driver and a 17-year-old male teenager who were not injured.

“A 38-year-old woman and a nine-year-old girl sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to Kuala Kubu Baru Hospital by a medical team,” he said in a statement issued today.

It was confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the incident. - July 14, 2025
