RESIDENTS at a housing area in Kampar were shocked when they noticed a man with his pants down to his knees, riding his motorcycle, exposing himself.

Reports in China Press said the man was riding around the Kampar new town area during the day.

Those who witnessed the incident photographed the man and uploaded it on social media.

The man was also wearing a blue t-shirt at the time and was spotted riding around the housing area.

Reports quoted Kampar police chief Superintendent Mohamad Nazri Daud saying that police have since received a report and investigating. - October 27, 2025
