AFTER being rejected by 10 different women because he was overweight, a man known as Le Hoang Long, 31, decided to take drastic action, reported VnExpress news agency.

By sticking to a strict exercise and diet programme, Lee's body shape changed dramatically after losing 40 kilograms.

His weight, which was previously 105 kilograms, has now decreased to 65 kilograms.

Hoang Long said that his weight gradually increased due to his inactive lifestyle and eating habits until he reached 105 kilograms in early 2022.

The situation not only affected his confidence but also invited various chronic health problems.

“Every time I express my feelings, I am rejected. Some women stay away, and some openly ask me to lose weight before they want to go on a date,” he said.

Foreign reports said he follows a healthy calorie-deficient diet without skipping any main meals in addition to working out every day at the gym.

Strict discipline has yielded extraordinary results when Hoang Long reached his ideal weight of 65 kilograms in just six months. – July 17, 2026
