A TEENAGE boy pleaded guilty in the Parit Magistrate's Court in Perak to a charge of having unnatural sex with his mother's eight-year-old child under his mother's care two weeks ago.

The 14-year-old accused made the plea after the charge against him was read out by an interpreter before Magistrate Nurul Izalina Rajaai.

According to the charge, the Form Two student at a school in Seri Iskandar was charged with intentionally having sexual intercourse against the order of nature with a boy.

The teenager committed the act at a house in Iskandar Perdana, at 11am, 14 November 2025, reported Kosmo!.

The charge against the teenager was brought under Section 377B of the Penal Code which provides for a prison sentence of up to 20 years and whipping, if convicted.

Prosecution was conducted by Deputy Public Prosecutor, Wan Mohd. Ameerul Nazhif Wan Zulfikri while the accused was represented by a lawyer from the National Legal Aid Foundation (YBGK), Nur Nadzrah Badarudin.

The court allowed bail of RM1,000 to be imposed on the accused with one surety and set December 29 for the case to be mentioned again pending a moral report.

The accused paid the bail money.

The teenage boy's actions were revealed after the victim, who cried and refused to enter the nanny's house, informed his mother that he was afraid of being the victim of inappropriate behavior, including being asked to take off his pants by the accused.

According to the victim, the act had been done to him several times when his nanny was not at home.

Following this, the victim's mother filed a police report on November 21.- November 28, 2025
