PUTRAJAYA – Some of the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) offices at the Kuala Lumpur Payment Centre will be temporarily closed from today until a date to be announced later to allow for a disinfection exercise.

LHDN said in a statement today that the temporary closure will not involve the Kuala Lumpur Payment Centre counter located on the ground floor.

“This counter will operate as usual during the conditional movement control order for the convenience of customers who want to fulfil their responsibilities as taxpayers,” it said.

The agency said the counter’s operating hours for cash payments are 8am to 1pm every Monday to Friday, while it will be open for non-cash payments (cheques, bank drafts, remittances and postal money) every Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.

LHDN also reminded all customers to always comply with the Covid-19 standard operating procedures set by the Health Ministry and the National Security Council. – Bernama, December 31, 2020
