KUALA LUMPUR – MySejahtera has once again developed several issues after numerous users were reportedly unable to access the app today.

Frustrated users, keen on getting on with their vaccination appointments, took to social media platforms to vent their frustrations.

Among the issues included failure loading the app, as well as failure to load vaccination appointment details, leading to unnecessary encumbrances.

Several users were unable to get their vaccinations due to the issues affecting their app.

“MySejahtera cannot be opened since 11.30(am), I can’t even show it to the police at roadblocks. At the PPV Covid-19 vaccination centre), turns out the system is down. So many had to wait since morning. Pity for the old and OKU (disabled).”

At press time, MySejahtera has yet to respond publicly to these complaints.

Last month, following numerous complaints on the app, MySejahtera had advised its users to uninstall and reinstall the app should it become unresponsive.

MySejahtera is an application developed by the government to assist in managing Covid-19 outbreaks in the country.

It allows users to perform a health self-assessment on themselves and their family members, as well as monitor their health progress throughout the pandemic. – The Vibes, July 13, 2021
