KOTA KINABALU – A wedding involving a huge gathering in Nabawan sparked a Covid-19 cluster after 62 individuals were found positive for the virus.

He experienced symptoms including fever, cough, and joint pains beginning August 18, and tested positive with the virus on August 20.

It then led to the screening of 134 individuals comprising family members, close contacts and casual contacts, and 61 of them tested positive, including four new cases today, while 21 are still awaiting results.

Sabah recorded two new clusters today, with the second one in Sukau, Kinabatangan, dubbed the Pin Supu cluster involving an oil palm plantation.
