KOTA KINABALU – Come Monday, Sabah will move to Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), said state Covid-19 spokesman Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.

In his Twitter post today, Masidi said despite more restrictions being lifted, people in Sabah should continue observing the standard operating procedures (SOPs).

“Sabah has qualified to move to Phase 4 of NRP with effect from November 8.

“Although more restrictions will be lifted under Phase 4, please continue to observe all SOPs,” Masidi stressed.

Under Phase 4, all economic sectors are allowed to operate at full capacity.

Social activities, including festive celebrations and weddings, are allowed to be held at 50% capacity for fully vaccinated guests.

As of yesterday, 74.69% of Sabah’s adult population has been fully vaccinated, while 65.53% of the state’s teenagers have completed their inoculations.
