KUALA LUMPUR – The assessment tax objection hearing for the revised terms on April 1 and July 1 will be held online on December 1, 2 and 3.

In a statement today, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said the session will involve parties that submitted objections in writing before November 22.

“DBKL has decided that the objection hearing will be conducted online, in accordance with the rules under the conditional movement control order, which has been extended to December 6.

“All eligible objecting parties will be given the opportunity for their objections to be heard, and the notification of the time and the link will be sent out to them.”

DBKL is implementing a valuation on the annual assessment tax for private properties involved in the revised valuation list, which came into force on April 1, July 1 and October 1, and will come into force on January 1 next year. – Bernama, November 27, 2020
