KUALA LUMPUR – Barisan Nasional’s (BN) Sembrong MP Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein says that he will remain with Umno come rain or shine despite any circumstances.

His comments via Twitter come amidst speculation that the coalition is set to form the federal government with Pakatan Harapan (PH) despite his strong objections against working with the rival coalition.

“There has been a lot of speculation with regard to what is currently happening.

“Under any sort of formula and negotiations, my stand is clear and I will not compromise.

“If there is still no understanding or final decision being made, it is better for BN to play its role as the opposition and I am ready for that,” he said.

BN leaders have currently concluded their meeting at Menara Dato Onn here where they will decide their en bloc support. – The Vibes, November 22, 2022
